Custom Process:

1. After the deposit is paid, our designers start drawing sketches. We are supported in confirming the sketches with their ideas until our sketches are satisfactory to you. (There are NO Refunds on deposit ).
After confirming the sketch, we will provide the 3D design drawing for more design details.

2. After confirming the 3D design drawing, Customers will be required to pay the remaining balance of the custom order. After paying the balance, we will arrange production.

3. There are NO returns/cancellations on custom customized products once production.

4. Please allow up to 5-6 weeks for production time on customized products. Your customized products take time to craft and test, but when you're wearing them you'll know it was worth the wait.

5. For customized models, you can contact our Email and send the patterns that need to be customized. We will set the price according to the process.

Ring Size Guide: 

• Wrap a piece of string or floss around the base of your finger where the ring will sit. 
• Adjust until it feels snug but not tight – imagine sliding the ring over your knuckle.

• Mark where the string overlaps, lay it flat, and measure the length in millimeters (mm). 

• Use the circumference measurement (not diameter) to find your size in the table below.

• Fingers shrink slightly when cold. For accuracy:
  • Measure at room temperature, late afternoon.
  • If your knuckle is wider than the base, size up 0.5-1.

• Keep it snug but not tight – imagine sliding the bracelet over your hand.

• If using paper: Mark the overlap, lay flat, and measure from the "0" mark (align the starting edge with the ruler’s base).

Basic Rule:

•  Add 1 inch (2.5 cm) to your wrist measurement for a standard fit.

Key Tips:

• For layered looks (e.g., stacking bracelets), measure each wrist position separately. 
• If between sizes, size up for comfort. 
• Measure in the afternoon (wrists expand slightly during the day).

1. New Bracelet Stiffness:

• Pure silver/chain bracelets may feel rigid initially but soften within 1-2 days of wear. 

2. Multi-Charm Impact:

• Each charm adds ~0.5 cm to the effective length. For 10+ charms, consider custom sizing.
