ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Add items to your cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button. When you're ready to check out, click on the Cart button in the upper right then Checkout to view your shopping cart. Here you will have the option to update your cart, use a discount code, or enter a gift card code. Clicking the Check Out button will take you to the first step of the checkout process. You will be asked to log in or create a new account:

During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

  • Your credit card billing address, which will also be your shipping address;
  • Your preferred shipping method;
  • Your credit card type, number and expiration date.

The following methods of payment are accepted:

Credit and Debit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved.

You can log into your account to track recent orders.

Register with IDEAGEMER for the most convenient shopping experience. Once you register, you will not have to reenter your shipping information. For your safety, we do not keep any credit card information.

We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship, to the email address you provided when ordering. Registered customers, Sign In to access web order status and history. Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via email. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.

You may cancel any IDEAGEMER order as long as it has not been shipped.

Email us at service@ideagemer.com make sure to include your contact information and order number. You will either be contacted by an associate or get an email confirmation regarding your order cancellation and refund confirmation.

Please note this is a digital gift card that can be issued to the recipient of your choice.  After your gift card purchase you will receive an email from one of our customer service representatives so that we can to issue the card to the recipient.  There is no expiration date on these gift cards.  They currently are only valid for tender on online orders.  In store gift cards may be purchased at one of our IDEAGEMER store locations.

Sales tax is automatically applied to your IDEAGEMER order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: CA, TN, NV.

SHIPPING& TRACKING

When you enter your credit card information and click Place Order on the final review page, you will be given an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped, including tracking
information.

  • Processing time is 1-2 business days;
  • Shipping times depend on method. Check out our Shipping Policy for estimates.

We currently ship internationally to most countries worldwide.

Please send us an email at service@ideagemer.com for questions if shipment to your country is possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. International shipment tracking number will be provided upon shipment to your destination.

Non-registered customers do not have online access to order history. You may request information via email. Please have
your order confirmation number handy so we may respond more quickly and accurately.

IDEAGEMER is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer aLifetime Guarantee for all purchases of .925 Silver or Gold jewelry. If your product damages, fades, or breaks during normal wear, the Guarantee entitles
you to a one-time replacement of the piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

The customs office of the destination country or region may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs, either the carrier or customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We guarantee our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of purchase. The item's condition will be assessed upon receipt. If it's confirmed defective, you’ll be eligible for a refund or exchange, except special order items.

  • Items returned for reasons other than defects or incorrect delivery will receive store credit or exchange only.
  • Returns received after 21 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns after 60 days will be accepted for store credit at our discretion.
  • We do not offer refunds on non-defective merchandise.
  • No returns on customized items or worn/used merchandise.
  • Apparel returns will only be accepted for store credit at our discretion.
  • The return/exchange value will be based on the item’s purchase price.
  • Items purchased outside of this website are not eligible for returns.
  • Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping expenses.

For repairs: Beaded jewelry in need of repair after 21 days of purchase are charged a $20 restringing fee for bracelets and $30 for rosaries. Cost of lost beads are determined per item and charged accordingly. 

CLEANING & CARE

.925 Sterling Silver: We mix our own
silver at our factories.  Because of this we actually have a proprietary blend that yields a higher silver content that gives our customers better value. This is the core material in IDEAGEMER. Through a special oxidation process and polishing we achieve the detailed high contrast IDEAGEMER look. Use the IDEAGEMER polishing cloth to clean. The white side to remove tarnish, the gray side to shine. Also, you can use the DRY jewelry polishing wipes. Never use liquid cleaner on any IDEAGEMER products as this will remove the oxidation.

Genuine stone beads: We use genuine stone beads that can be cleaned with a small amount mineral oil and a microfiber cloth.
