Refund policy

1. Return Timeframe

  • Full Refund / Exchange: Within 15 days of delivery

  • Exchange Only: From day 16–30 after delivery

  • Warranty Claims: Subject to product-specific terms (please contact us before purchase for details)


2. Eligibility Requirements

Eligible for Return

A return or exchange may be accepted when:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
    (including packaging, polishing cloth, pouches, and certificates)

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is obtained before shipping the item back

Not Eligible for Return

To maintain product hygiene, customization integrity, and production security:

  • Engraved or personalized jewelry

  • Custom-made items (e.g., bespoke designs, moissanite pieces, solid gold, Cuban links produced to order)

  • Used, worn, or user-damaged items

  • Final-sale items and promotional gifts


3. Return Process

Request Authorization

Email service@ideagemer.com within the eligible period.
Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos if related to quality issues

You will receive an RMA code and a step-by-step instruction.

Ship Your Return

  • Pack securely with all original materials

  • Include the printed RMA form

  • Use a trackable shipping method
    (Returns without tracking cannot be processed)

Inspection & Resolution

Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection.
You will receive a confirmation email once the case is resolved.


4. Refund, Exchange & Repair Terms

A. Quality-Related Issues

  • Full refund of the item value (shipping fees excluded)

  • Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Return shipping will be reimbursed if the issue is confirmed to be on our end

B. Exchanges

  • Free exchange for wrong, damaged, or missing items
    (we cover both-way shipping)

  • Buyer covers shipping for non-quality exchanges or preference-based changes

C. Repairs

  • Within warranty: Free repair, buyer covers shipping

  • After warranty: Repair fee + shipping cost

D. Size / Color Exchange

  • Allowed for items of equal or higher value

  • Buyer covers return shipping and price difference

E. Non-Quality Returns

Accepted within 30 days under these conditions:

  • Refund = Item price minus original shipping cost

  • Buyer covers return shipping

F. Partial Replacement Option (Keep Your Original Item)

For size-related issues, customers may choose our Partial Replacement option:
You may keep the original item and receive a 40% discounted replacement in your correct size.
This option provides a cost-effective and time-efficient alternative to international returns, ensuring you receive the correct size with minimal delays.
Replacement orders are produced and shipped as new items, following standard processing timelines.


5. Shipping Responsibilities

We Cover:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Damaged or missing items

  • Verified manufacturing defects

Buyer Covers:

  • Non-quality returns

  • Preference-based exchanges

  • Returns without prior authorization

Important:

  • Original shipping fees ($15–$30 typically) are non-refundable

  • Lost return parcels without valid tracking are the buyer’s responsibility


6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection

  • Banks/credit card providers may require an additional 3–10 business days to release funds


7. Additional Notes

  • Slight color variations are normal due to display differences

  • International customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

  • For high-value items or custom pieces, we recommend ordering a sample or consulting our support team before placing the order
